Now Sharing can save the state that can be retveived later

Added support for Disconnect blacklist and Public Suffix List.

Commit now to merge all the stuff.

Fixed Sharing layout: the list scroll issue and button position issue.
Added logic to request report abot third-party resources and display
domains. However, displaying of details of third-party information
sharing is not implemented yet.
Request Disconnect list domain categories from background and display
them (in case set of categories changes). Selectors still do nothing.

Font Awesome is included in Semantic UI, so we no longer need
to download icons directly.
Deleted includes/fontawesome/README.md.
Removed script downloading them from package.json.

Fixed issue with Details sections scrolling by replacing
margin with padding on CSS class main-content.
Refactored the Debugging section, fixed "Allow All" button positioning.

Files exactly as they were on ishanps2:master before the
Functional Presentation submission deadline.

Updated Debugging interface to match Monitoring, Sharing, and Security.
The UI has a weird scroll bar that we need to get rid of.
