      ec2-scripts.html and deleted running-on-amazon-ec2.html
- Added some TODO comments to a few docs
- Updated the blurb about AMP Camp
- Renamed programming-guide to spark-programming-guide
- Fixing typos/etc. in Standalone Spark doc
