Prototype displays all content origins in "Security" section.
Reworked internal storage. Display lists. Added "information" icons.

Removed unused code (`includes/`) and simplified build process.
For now, to avoid webpack overhead of 1K of code some scripts
that do not use require() have `platform = chrome` hardcoded.

Now we can use npm packages as libraries and build with webpack
