Make Matching Engine an AuctProvider

Description

The strategy should be treating the MatchingEngine as a tickerplant, so the strategy should be an AuctConsumer and the ME an AuctProducer.

Success Criteria & Deliverables

A multi symbol matching engine as the common entry point/ mock exchange the MSME should give have an outgoing message queue, and extend AuctProducer.
