## What changes were proposed in this pull request?

“spark.eventLog.dir” supports with space characters.

1. Update EventLoggingListenerSuite like `testDir = Utils.createTempDir(namePrefix = s"history log")`
2. Fix EventLoggingListenerSuite tests
