## What changes were proposed in this pull request?

`SparkSessionBuilderSuite` should clean up stopped sessions. Otherwise, it leaves behind some stopped `SparkContext`s interfereing with other test suites using `ShardSQLContext`.

Recently, master branch fails consequtively.

Pass the Jenkins with a updated suite.
