Subject: [PATCH] [SPARK-20036][DOC] Note incompatible dependencies on
 org.apache.kafka artifacts

Note that you shouldn't manually add dependencies on org.apache.kafka artifacts

## How was this patch tested?

Doc only change, did jekyll build and looked at the page.
