Added an implementation of cSNMF that uses the concatenation update rules (from NONNEGATIVE MATRIX FACTORIZATION BASED ON
ALTERNATING NONNEGATIVITY CONSTRAINED LEAST SQUARES AND ACTIVE SET METHOD: HYUNSOO KIM AND HAESUN PARK)

The results are the same as the ones without concatenation.
